The 2025 Gender Pay Gap Report shows strong female representation across all pay quartiles and leadership roles, reflecting the progress we’ve made in promoting equality and removing barriers to advancement.
While these results are positive, achieving true gender balance remains a priority. Over 2025–2026, we aim to build on this progress by exploring opportunities for leadership development, supporting career progression for part-time staff, embedding equality principles in recruitment and promotion, and continuing reporting for transparency.
As we develop our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion strategy, this report outlines our current position and the actions we will take to ensure equity remains central to IMMA’s culture and decision-making.
