Learn & EngageYoung People

Whether you are a formal learner, or just curious to find out more, we can help you to engage with creativity, conceptual thinking and cultural meaning at IMMA.

Young People

IMMA offers creative experiences for young people which consist of looking, discussing, and making, as well as engaging with IMMA’s exhibitions and Collection, and working with contemporary artists.

Seasonal workshops for 13 to 18 year olds take place during school holidays throughout the year, offering the opportunity to gain knowledge and practical experience of contemporary art in IMMA’s galleries and studios. From time-to-time young people can engage as participants in artist-led projects and events linked to performances and exhibitions at IMMA.
