Join artist Kathryn Maguire for this two-day practical workshop taking place in the IMMA Studios. The artist will lead gallery visits focusing on works by Janet Mullarney, Les Levine and Bassam Al Sabah, to explore themes of internal landscapes and the experience of childhood in troubled environments. In the studio, we will further explore these ideas through processes including collage, poster-making, and self-drying clay.

This Easter workshop is free but must be booked online. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Please present a copy of your ticket when you arrive at IMMA for the workshop. If, following booking, you are unable to take up your place at the workshop, please inform IMMA as soon as possible so that the vacant place may be reallocated. This is a hands-on workshop in an art studio using a range of materials and processes; participants are advised to dress appropriately.
