In association with the new exhibition A Vague Anxiety, Dublin born artist Brian Teeling is joined in conversation with IMMA Curator Seán Kissane to discuss Teeling’s most recent project series, Brief Terror, Help Me I Am In Hell and Auto Portrait.

Exploring the role that personal narrative plays within Teeling’s most recent projects; themes of queer, masculine and working class identities, the digitisation of intimacy and the housing crisis, are just some of the ideas to be discussed in this open conversation with the artist.

Please note this talk is free but ticketed. This talk is followed by an outdoor procession performance by STASIS at 7.00pm. Talk attendees are welcome to join the STASIS performance which is a drop-in event. Note: Visitors are advised that the performance will contain some nudity
