IMMA is pleased to invite suitably experienced and innovative catering providers to submit Expressions of Interest for inclusion on the IMMA Venues Catering Panel for the calendar years 2027–2029. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with one of Ireland’s most recognisable cultural institutions and deliver high-quality catering across the historic Royal Hospital Kilmainham
Through this procurement, IMMA seeks catering partners who share our commitment to excellence, creativity, sustainability, and outstanding visitor experience. Successful applicants will play a pivotal role in shaping memorable events for clients ranging from cultural organisations and corporate partners to high‑profile international visitors. Admission to the panel will be for a three-year term (2027–2029), with the option to extend for up to two additional years.
