The IMMA Reading Group provides an opportunity to look more closely or ‘read into’ aspects of IMMA’s programmes. Each year the Reading Group focuses on a different theme related to am aspect of IMMA’s programme and is led by an invited facilitator. The Reading Group can meet over a number of weeks or months and is open to anyone with an interest in the chosen theme. The facilitator and, on occasion, the participants identify articles which are read by the group in advance and discussed when the group meets.
Participation in the IMMA Reading Group is free and open to the public but registration is necessary and a commitment to attend all sessions and to read the assigned material in advance of each session is preferable. Places are allocated on a first-come/first-served basis unless otherwise specified.
Details of IMMA Reading Group for 2023-24 will be posted here shortly.
