Your IMMA MEMBERS account
Q: How do I set up an account?
Setting up an account is quick and easy to do. Your online account automatically applies your IMMA MEMBERS discount to any ticketed exhibitions or events at IMMA and allows you to manage and renew your membership easily. If you haven’t done so already, you can set up an account here.
Q: How do I sign in?
If you have already created an online account, you can sign in and access your account here.
Your Membership Card and Tote
Q: Can I avail of my IMMA MEMBERS benefits before I receive my card?
You can start enjoying your IMMA MEMBERS benefits straightaway! You’ll receive your membership card in the post following signup.
Your IMMA MEMBERS card is degradable, wearing down to leave no damaging toxins behind. Degradation occurs in nine months to five years.
Q: I haven’t received my IMMA MEMBERS card. Can you help?
If you haven’t received your membership card within two weeks of joining, please contact the team on [email protected]. Please note that during national holidays, postage may be delayed.
Q: Can I lend my membership card to someone else?
No – IMMA MEMBERS benefits can only be used by the named member. Your membership includes access for your and a guest to all IMMA MEMBERS events.
IMMA MEMBERS provide vital support to IMMA, so we ask that you please don’t lend your card to non-members. If you know someone who would enjoy the benefits of membership, why not gift them a membership!
Q: When will I receive my IMMA MEMBERS Tote?
Your IMMA MEMBERS tote is available for free at the IMMA Shop onsite. Simply bring your welcome note to us and hand it in at the till to redeem your tote!

Gifting Membership
Q: How do I buy membership as a gift?
Buying a membership as a gift is quick and easy to do, online or instore in our IMMA Shop.
Online: Simply set up an account in your name, purchase the membership, and email [email protected] with the name, postal address, and email contact of the person you wish to reassign the membership to. Don’t forget to let us know whether you’d like the membership card posted to them or to your own address! We are happy to keep a gift secret. Set up a membership as a gift here.
Instore: Purchase a membership through the IMMA Shop onsite, or call them today to purchase over the phone. Their number is +353 (0)1 612 9965 and the IMMA Shop is located on the first floor of the main gallery, above Reception. Their opening and telephone hours are Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10:30-17:00 / Wednesday 11:30-17:00 / Sunday 12-17:00. They are happy to help!

Visiting IMMA as a Member
Q: Do I need to book to visit the galleries?
IMMA MEMBERS enjoy unlimited free entry to exhibitions and collection displays – no need to book, just turn up with your card.
Q: Do I need to book tickets for IMMA Private Views, Talks, and other events?
These events are open to the public and free, though some events require you to book a free ticket. Keep an eye on our ‘What’s On’ webpage here or subscribe to our ‘What’s On’ mailing list here.
Q: What shop discount do IMMA MEMBERS get and how can I use it?
IMMA MEMBERS can use their 10% discount at IMMA’s shop online and onsite on shop stock and IMMA Editions.

IMMA values its members enormously. A vital part of the organisation since 2006, the IMMA Membership programme, now IMMA MEMBERS, is a manifestation of our aim to be a catalyst for change and encourages new audiences to discover our activities.
