IMMA is currently accepting applications for two residency opportunities Dwell Here and a Fremantle Arts Centre Residency
The first is an open call for expressions of interest in IMMA’s new pilot residency programme Dwell Here which offers three residency frameworks for an applicant to choose from and will be supporting numerous residencies through this themed programme
The second residency opportunity is for an Irish artist or artist based in Ireland to take up a three month residency at Fremantle Arts Centre, Perth, western Australia from March – May 2025

The Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA) is currently accepting expressions of interest applications for Dwell Here – a pilot residency programme convening an international community of artists and thinkers for sited practice-based research.
Dwell Here has three avenues for an interested practitioner to apply for, with each programme supporting multiple participants:
Applicants must prioritise one of the three opportunities when submitting an expression of interest application.
IMMA would like to hear from practices based in Ireland and internationally, working across disciplines of the visual arts, design, architecture, curation, and related humanities fields.

IMMA is currently accepting applications for an Irish artist or an Ireland-based artist to do a three month residency at Fremantle Arts Centre (FAC) in Western Australia from March – May 2025
FAC is both a cultural and a learning precinct situated in Walyalup (Fremantle) on Whadjuk Nyoongar Boodjar in the centre of a city celebrated for its innovation, culture and creativity, shaped by the many communities who call it home.
