Henry Robertson Craig studied at Dundee College of Art before moving to Dublin in 1947. Working primarily in landscape and portraiture, he exhibited frequently with the Richie Hendriks Gallery from 1956, and then with the David Hendriks Gallery from 1970. He was elected as a member of the Royal Hibernian Academy in 1955. Robertson Craig’s work is represented in public collections including Dublin City Gallery, The Hugh Lane and the National Self Portrait Collection, University of Limerick.
