Painter and printmaker Boris Vishkin was born in Mexico and spent his youth in Israel. Vishkin attended the Studio Art Center International in Florence and the National School of Visual Arts in Mexico. Vishkin‘s paintings, prints and mixed-media works offer a witty mix of global decorative arts references, irreverent invocations of Christian religious symbolism, and identity politics. He has exhibited across Mexico, the United States, Israel, Europe and South America.
