Yoga for Over 65 classes will be taught by Orla Punch and held outdoors in the Front Lawn Pavilion next to IMMA. Orla is a senior Iyengar Yoga instructor and has been teaching yoga for over 25 years. Orla has specialised in adapting the practice to suit students with limited mobility; who have injuries; or may be recovering from illnesses and other conditions.
