Louise’s work goes far beyond the dance floor. With a background in Psychology and a Master’s in Transcultural European Outdoor Studies, she is also a highly experienced group facilitator. Her work—shaped by her thesis on group facilitation in outdoor education—has brought her to a wide range of settings, from GAA clubs and autism services to prisons and outdoor learning centres. No matter the space, she creates connection through culture, movement, and presence.

Louise is also a devoted practitioner of yoga, mindfulness, and outdoor living. These practices are not just part of her lifestyle—they are woven into the experiences she creates, offering a holistic approach to wellbeing and community building.
