About the Collection

The IMMA Collection is a unique resource which is made available to the public through a vibrant programme of temporary exhibitions and projects. Collection Exhibitions may explore the work of an individual artist, or address a theme or historic period.

As you know IMMA is reopening on Tuesday 30 June with the Museum grounds opening on Monday 29 June. We look forward to welcoming you back to the galleries albeit with reduced capacity, for now. It has been great to see so many of you engage with our series of Online Events through the Zoom platform. We are delighted to invite you to join for our next event, A Reflection on Light, in conversation with artist Grace Weir.

Weir will share a Vimeo link allowing you to view her work A Reflection on Light and then lead a conversation afterwards to explore the themes and motivations of the piece. If you would like to join what promises to be an enlightening and entertaining event or have any questions please contact [email protected].
