Navine G Dossos will revisit her vibrant installation Kind Words Can Never Die with a workshop that invites members of the public to colour in their own versions of the info-graphics that populate the colonnades of IMMA’s iconic Courtyard.
The colours participants will be using will relate to emotions around climate change and ecological degradation. Participants will be involved in thinking about these emotions and how we can work towards more compassionate, engaged and hopeful ways to engage with the natural world around us.
Workshops will run on the hour every hour starting at 12 noon. Participants will be introduced to the concepts of the process by the artist and a 30 minute engagement (minimum) is recommended to fulfil the exercise, those wishing to stay longer are encouraged to do so. Walk-ins on the day are welcome, capacity pending, but to guarantee a place we recommend booking a workshop at a preferred time.
