Bia Cultures
At Bia Cultures, we make wild fermented foods using Irish-grown vegetables. Based in Co. Monaghan, we work directly with small scale growers across Ireland to source freshly harvested, seasonal produce. Our ingredients are simple — just vegetables, sea salt, and time, everything is made in small batches in our own production space.

We’re committed to sustainability, working with farmers who care for their soil and growing practices. For us, this is about more than good food, it’s about building a stronger local food system. By connecting growers, producers, and consumers, we help show the value of choosing local: supporting livelihoods, reducing food miles, and preserving food traditions that are at risk of being lost.
