Lots of people have collections of different things – stamps, coins, books, comics, games, rocks, cards, or toys. People collect things they think are important or special. Do you collect anything? IMMA collects art. When you visit IMMA, you can see a selection of IMMA’s art collection.
Children and grown-ups can join our visitor engagement team on the two Sundays during National Heritage Week. Take part in a workshop during which you can make and decorate a card container for the things that you collect. Experience the IMMA Collection in the galleries and explore the historic building and grounds of IMMA’s home, the Royal Hospital Kilmainham.
