Albanian artist Anri Sala studied at the National Academy of Arts, Tirana, the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs, Paris, and Le Fresnoy, Studio National des Arts Contemporains, Tourcoing. His film works are meditations on slowness in which camera movement is almost non-existent and still-shots highlight small details. Sala has exhibited internationally, including at Tate Gallery, London, 2004; ARC, Paris, 2004 and the Dallas Museum of Art, 2002. He received the Young Artist Prize at the 49th Venice Biennale in 2001, and the Prix Gilles Dusein, Paris in 2000.View Artist
