American artist Jack Coughlin studied at the Rhode Island School of Design and at the Arts Students League in New York. He has exhibited his prints, drawings and watercolours since the 1960s, including solo exhibitions in the US, Italy and Ireland. Best known for portraits of literary figures, Coughlin has also created low relief sculptures using the lost wax technique. He is Professor Emeritus of Art at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.View Artist
