Sean Hanrahan’s work represents an ongoing interest in creating fine art print work, informed by photography with an emphasis on experimenting with the Halftone pixelated process to create fine art Print based portrait and abstract work. Hanrahan is a multidisciplinary artist who often works with the mediums of flag and banners on various curated public exhibitions and projects since 2014. It is a medium he has come to regard as ideal for outdoor public art installation and engagement.

Based in Cork Hanrahan has a Degree in Fine Art Printmaking from LSAD.  some recent projects and exhibitions include Facebook Artist in residence (AIR) program and VUE Art Fairs with Cork Print-makers; Arch exhibition of Belarusian graphic work curated by Sean Hanrahan and Roman Sustov; Studio 12 Backwater Artists, Cork; Night Frightens the Day, VCCA (Centre for Contemporary and Modern Art) Minsk, Belarus; Artists are here!, Tolstoy Arts Centre, Vitebsk, Belarus and Over the Sun (Kazimir Malevichs influence on western Artists), Vitebsk Gallery of Modern Art (V.
