Since the 1990s, Independent film maker Joe Lee has worked on documentation/archive projects with Cultural Institutions and community groups across Dublin. He has undertaken projects in Inchicore, O’Devaney Gardens and the North West Inner City markets. Lee was film maker in residence for Dublin City Council in 2009. He also collaborated with CityWide Drugs Crisis Campaign; the Babel DVD project, North Inner City Violence Against Women Action Group and St Michael’s Estate Regeneration Board.
