Fionnuala Boyd and Leslie Evans met in Leeds and began working together in 1968. Their joint practice has received many awards including a Bicentennial Fellowship from the British Council; the National Endowment for the Arts, USA, 1977-78; and a Threadneedle Prize Visitors Choice in 2010. Their work is represented in collections including the British Council; Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York; MoMA, New York; Tate, London; Royal College of Surgeons, and the Ulster Museum, Belfast.
