Irish artist Barbara Warren (born 1925) studied at the National College of Art and Design, Dublin, Regent Street Polytechnic, London and with André L'Hote in Paris. Warren exhibited widely from 1950. She taught at the National College of Art and Design, Dublin, between 1973 and 1984. She was elected as a Member of the RHA in 1989 and of Aosdána in 1990. Warren received a career achievement prize at the Florence Biennale in 1999. Her paintings are held in the collections of the Office of Public Works, the Ulster Museum, and the Haverty Trust.
