IMMA is delighted to invite experienced and visionary restaurant operators to submit tenders for the provision of Café Services in its vibrant and dynamic café space. This is a rare opportunity to partner with one of Ireland’s leading cultural institutions and bring your culinary expertise to life within a world-class setting. We are seeking a partner who not only shares our strategic vision but is equally passionate about crafting exceptional experiences for our visitors. Together, we aim to elevate IMMA’s experience alongside your own in a truly collaborative partnership.
Located in IMMA’s historic basement, the café offers seating for 62 guests, with the adjacent outer vaults providing potential additional capacity for up to 90 customers. The café is a bustling hub within IMMA’s stunning grounds, serving as a gathering point for our 630,000 annual visitors. In addition to the café, the operator will manage a mobile catering unit in IMMA’s Courtyard—an iconic space brimming with activity year-round, including cultural events, family days, and large-scale gatherings. As IMMA hosts numerous high-profile events on-site, this tender also provides an opportunity to cater for our prestigious clientele and showcase your culinary innovation.
